The workshops offer the opportunity to get to know the other yogis better, practice yoga in special places and strengthen the yoga community.

It usually lasts three hours or longer, there is plenty of time to ask questions and address individual cases.

You don’t need to bring anything, just wear comfortable clothes! Mats, blocks, belts, bolsters, pillows, blankets and tea are provided.
